Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the arii/hrm application. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using arii/hrm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and arii/hrm.

2. Service Description

arii/hrm is an open-source development project provided for educational and recreational testing. It visualizes local Bluetooth data and provides experimental integrations.

Project Status:

This application is in Active Development. Features, specifically Strava integration, may be incomplete or simulated. Use strictly at your own risk.

Strava Integration

By connecting your Strava account, you agree to:

We do not guarantee the continued availability of third-party integrations. If Strava or Spotify changes their APIs, modifies access, or changes their Terms of Service, these features may cease to function without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party services.

The arii/hrm application, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks and content (Strava, Spotify, Garmin) remain the property of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
